In the neighbourhood of the small Hotel Quinta Alegre, within  bananas and grapeyards, youŽll find the recently  restaurated typical  madeiran  farmhouse Casa Alegre consisting of two separate apartments. One can use all the facilities of the Hotel Quinta Alegre just as outdoorpool,gym, restaurant , bar etc.Situated in the sunny southwestern part of the Island Madeira its one of the best locations for Walking.Distance to the sandy beach of Calheta ca. 5 minutes drive.

The complete  house offers space for 6 persons ( 3 bedrooms with twinbeds):  4 persons in the first floor apartment and 2 persons in the groundfloor apartment.Both units can be rent out separately.

Both apartments  are furnished with lots of wood and the   typical  madeiran wickerworks furniture.Both apartments are useful and tidy decorated.

Facilities: Clients of the cottage can use the Swimmingpool and Gym  from the Hotel Quinta Alegre.In the hotel there is a cosy fireplace and TV corner, Bar and  Restaurant with tipical madeiran food.
