about our holiday houses on Madeira
Properties:
Houses
and apartments are only rented out for a minimum of 7
nights, shorter stays by agreement.
Wherever
possible we will accommodate your wishes.
In
all the houses and apartments linen and towels are
included as well as the final rental cleaning
(
in most of the accommodation with a stay of 14 days or
more, a weekly cleaning is included).
All
accommodation has some form of heating. Bottled gas is
chargeable after the first bottle which is included.
All
accommodation can be occupied from 3.00 pm and we ask
that you vacate the property by
12.00
noon. If you have a late departure time please ask us
and we will help.
Internet
Bookings:
After
we receive your email or booking we will confirm
availability or offer an alternative.
When
you confirm the booking we ask for a deposit of 25% of
total amount payable by credit card ( Mastercard , Visa
accepted).
After
the deposit is paid we will reconfirm the booking with a
detailed confirmation and booking reference.
The
balance is payable on arrival.
Our
agency will give help and information at any time.
On
day of arrival you will collect the key for your house
or apartment either from our office or from the owner at
the property.
Kindly
leave your flight details with us, so that we can inform
the owner about your estimated
arrival time.
If
you book a hire care from us you will collect it at the
airport. Directions will be given to you in an envelope
by our Agent.
Directions
will be sent by email if the car is booked
independently.
Cancellation
fees:
Generally:
15
days prior to arrival - no charge
14
days and less – 25 % of the total amount (
deposit )
If
you have to cancel your booking we will credit your
deposit for a future booking .
Exceptions
of the terms mentioned for the following properties :
Casa
das Faias, Calhau Grande, Ilidio, Lugarinho – there is
no charge until 30 days prior to arrival
Quinta
das Vinhas – charges
20
% of the balance after the confirmation ,
50%
of the balance for cancellations 15 and 9 days prior to
arrival and
90
% of the balance for cancellations 8 days and less
to arrival.
If
you leave before termination of your rental no refund
will be payable
