The 4x4 Panda takes you to places where big off-road vehicles often fail. You can either drive this unique vehicle yourself or a local guide will drive you comfortably. The guide will lead you to great off-road routes and beautiful places on Madeira.

The 4x4 pandas are in no way inferior to large off-road vehicles. On the contrary, they even create off-road tracks that are not accessible to their "big brothers". These classic cars can be steered easily and with the open roof you are vey close to the nature. A driving feeling like in a buggy but without getting dirty.
An experienced and knowledgeable tour guide accompanies you on every trip, showing you the most beautiful routes and telling you lots of interesting facts about the country and its people. During the tour you can decide when you want to drive or be driven. It will definitely be a unique experience.
Half day tours:
Tour 1 "On Top of the World":
Funchal - Câmara de Lobos - Cabo Girão - Jardim da Serra - Funchal
We start the tour at a nice viewpoint of the fisherman village Câmara de Lobos. Here we can see the place where Winston Churchill went to paint during the time he stayed on Madeira.
Afterwards we will slowly climb towards Cabo Girão, Europe´s highest sea cliff, where we´ll be presented a stunning view over the Atlantic and Funchal.
After this we´ll start our off-road adventure. We´ll pass at the vineyards and go towards Jrdim da Serra. At Jardim da Serra it´s time to taste a traditional Poncha, made from products of Madeira. After this, still off-roading, we´re going to Boca dos Namorados, a view point of Curral das Freiras and Pico do Areeiro. Here you´ll taste beautiful sights the mountains provide and fill your lungs with fresh air.
Tour 2 "Sea and Wood":
Funchal - Caniçal - Santo da Serra - Morena - Funchal
We start our tour in Caniçal, the oldest geological part of Madeira. There you´ll be able to see Ponta São Lourenço and visiting the fisherman village. Afterwards we´ll slowly climb towards Santo Antonio da Serra, to enter the Laurissilva forest. It´s classified as World Heitage Site by UNESCO, because of it´s exclusiveness. Most of the plants you will find in Madeira. This is where you can fill your lungs with real, pure, unpolluted fresh air.
At the same time we´ll start our off-road adventure. We´ll pass through Funduras and go towards Portela on a path full of beauty and fun. Still off-roading we´ll be heading towards, Santo da Serra to taste a real Poncha, made with natural fruits. After we´ll be heading back to Funchal, through the old roads were you´ll be able to see the old Madeira and the countryside living.

Tour 3 "Breathtaking Laurissilva:
Funchal - Machico - Faial - Santana - São Jorge - Funchal
Passing Machico we´ll start our tour in Faial. On the old roads you will see the untouched Madeira, that remains the same. We´ll slowly climb Cruzinhas to enter the Laurissilva forest. It´s classified as World Heritage Site by UNESCO, because of its exclusivenes, most of the plants you will only find on Madeira. This is where you can fill your lungs with real, pure and unpullotedfresh air.
Here we will start our off-road adventure. We´ll pass through Cova da Roda and go towards Santana on a path full of beauty and fun. Still off roading we´ll be heading towards Queimadas, the birth of Levada do Caldeirão Verde.
After seeing Santana typical houses we´ll go towards São Jorge where you will participate on the process of making your own Espetada, only if you want of course. After this we wil go to Ilhawhere we will taste a nice poncha to help us to digest our lunch and then back to Funchal through some old path, where you can taste the countryside.
Tour 4 "Soul and Essence":
Funchal - Garajau - Funduras - Portela - Pico do Areeiro - Funchal
We´ll start the tour in Garajau where we´ll experience a wonderful view at Miradouro do Cristo Rei with the massive statue of Jesus Christ. We´ll slowly climb Santo da Serra, through the old roads you will see the untouched Madeira., that remains the same, to enter Lauissilva Forest. It´s classified as World Heritage Site by UNESCO, because of its exclusiveness. Most of the plants you will only find on Madeira.
At the same time we´ll start our off-road adventure. We´ll pass through Fajã das Vacas to do a small levada walkand go towards to Portela on a path full of beauty and fun. Still off roading we´ll be heading towards Santo da Serra, to cook our own lunch, a traditional Espetada, only if you want of course.
After this we´ll go to Poiso through one of Madeiras most beautiful roads where we will taste a nice Poncha to help us digest our lunch. This is a must stop place in Madeira. After we´ll be heading to Pico do Areeiro to see the sights from Madeira´s second highest peak. And then back to Funchal through the old roads.
