Graycis Haus

This modern house was built in 2014 and is situated in the warm southwestern part of Madeira island in Calheta on ca. 50 m above sealevel. The mainhouse for 2 + 2 persons ( ideal for 2 adults and 2 children ) has one bedroom with two separate beds, en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom at the entrance. A large sofabed in the livingroom offers the another 2 sleeping places for a 3rd or 4th person or eventually 2 children. Two Studios beside the main entrance ( Studio 2 + 2) are ideal if you come with more friends. The open kitchen / living - dining room with panoramic doors offers you views over the pool area outside with sunbeds, a concrete bank and table, which can be covered with electric sun protection. Both studios have a kitchen, 2 separate beds and 1 bathroom ( shower). The outdoor pool ( 4,00 m x 7,50 m ) is behind the living room overlooking a banana plantation and the atlantic ocean. The pool can be heated during the winter months by paying a supplement of 140,00 Euro / week for 24 degrees / 170,00 for 25 degrees and 200,00 Euro for 26 degrees. Min.charge is 1 week.
