This fantastic house was rebuilt during this year and has air condition, working as central heating during the winter period, when necessary. The old madeiran house was completely rebuilt, only the walls were recovered. Through the electronic gate you enter into the house and are on pool level on the ground floor. A lovely pool with sundeck and sunchairs, as well as garden furniture. A barbecue invites for staying at home ! Entering the ground floor there is an open kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher,microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine etc.! ) and living / dining area for 6 persons. On the first floor you find 2 of the 3 bedrooms ( doublebed 1,80 x 2,00 m ) or one with separated beds and balcony.Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Beside the bedrooms you find a small gym with balcony. Another bedroom is situated on the groundfloor.WLAN included.
