At the end of the hike the "green cauldron" with vertical walls and a 50m high waterfall is waiting.
Through man-high tree heath and broom gorse, you hike above the green forests of Rabaçal and enjoy fantastic panoramic pictures of the Paul da Serra plateau. The highlight is the “fairytale forest” Fanal, in which the oldest and most impressive laurel trees on the island are located.
